ASSET MANAGEMENT:CONDITION SURVEYS, BUILDING ASSESSMENT

HAKS has completed numerous condition inspections and assessments of buildings and facilities for many clients.  We assign only the most qualified personnel to each project, who then work under the direct supervision of licensed professional engineers and architects.  Our team leaders and inspectors are completely familiar with BOCA, Unified Building Code, ACI, electrical, boiler and other pertinent codes.  They have in-depth experience with ADA compliance projects and with facade condition evaluation requirements.  Our evaluations cover brick and concrete facades, roofs, structural components, foundations, electrical and mechanical systems, site conditions.  Based on what is identified, we develop repair and preventive maintenance programs with recommendations for work, materials and scheduling, quantities, cost estimates, drawings, and detailed survey reports.
