HAKS provided construction inspection and management services for general building construction work at locations throughout New York State, under contract with the New York State Office of General Services.
Typical construction consisted of replacing brick and tile, performing utility, electrical, and HVAC/plumbing work, and repairing roofs and ceilings.

HAKS managed the entire project, ensured that all work met contract requirements and satisfactorily progressed based on approved schedules. HAKS was also responsible for coordination with contractors and subcontractors, and processed change orders and payment requisitions.
