The construction work and improvements include:
- Replacement of a major bridge over Metro-North Railroad
- Reconstruction of approximately one mile of Interstate I-95
- Upgrading drainage
- Inspection of lead paint removal operations
- Tracing the environmental protection from lead and hazardous waste
- Trace plans and plot the progress of work performed
- Pavement markings and concrete lip curbing
- Replacement of guiderails and installation of impact attenuation systems
- Retaining wall replacement and improvements
- Construction of a 10'6" culvert approximately 160' long
- Installation of new traffic signs, traffic signals, street lighting, etc.
- Utility relocations, drainage improvements and landscaping
- Extensive Maintenance and Protection of Traffic
