HAKS provided construction management services for the Bosk and Terrace Parks of the North Cove area under a contract with the Battery Park City Authority.
The scope of construction work included:
- Removal of unsuitable soils and materials
- Placement of new "solute" - enhanced planting soil mixtures
- Installation of new water distribution and new storm sewer systems
- Installation of new electrical and lighting systems
- Installation of new water fountains with new reinforced concrete base
- Placement of pavers of various sizes and colors
- Maintenance and Protection of Pedestrian Traffic
- Installation of new park benches
